The Hardhat Initiative (HHI) is a community work-force program focused on preparing women and other underrepresented groups for leadership, executive and ownership roles in construction and other male-dominated industries.

While many programs support entry into these fields, HHI targets inequality at a different level - THE TOP.

HHI provides paid apprenticeships & structured career pathways to create and develop a pipeline of diverse, specialized leadership to run projects, teams, and companies. The Initiative is inclusive by design and is not only centered on leveling the playing field - but on changing the game entirely.
